We are looking for a Contract Administrator for our subsidiary Carlo Gavazzi Impianti, based in Assago.The selected candidate will be involved in managing contractual and legal aspects related to commercial offers and project execution for our subsidiary Carlo Gavazzi Impianti, supporting negotiation activities and contributing to regulatory compliance and contractual risk mitigation.Responsibilities:Support the commercial team during the offer phase, assessing contractual risks and suggesting mitigation strategiesProvide support during contract execution, including interpretation of clauses and preparation of protective measuresHelp manage disputes and claims with clients, with or without external legal supportCollaborate with management to ensure alignment with legal, technical, and business objectivesContribute to the definition of company guidelines and contractual standardsRequirements:Degree in Law or Engineering3 years of experience in contract management, legal support, or similarBasic knowledge of contract law and negotiation principlesPrevious experience in managing EPC contracts is preferredAbility to identify and assess contractual risksGood knowledge of English (written and spoken)Place of work: Assago (MI)This position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. ******** and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of **** on equal treatment.We are committed to promoting an inclusive work environment and respecting gender diversity.Interested parties are invited to consult the privacy notice in accordance with EU Regulation ******** (GDPR), available at the following address:
