Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager, Delivery, South role at STACK InfrastructureSTACK is a trusted global partner in digital infrastructure, delivering scalable, AI/ML and Cloud data center solutions to tackle global challenges with speed, scale, certainty, and responsibility.With a client-first focus, conscientious development and operational practices, we empower innovative companies to tackle their demand curve.General Purpose of the PositionThe Senior Project Manager (PM) for Data Center Design and Construction Projects will oversee the full lifecycle of data center development, from initial design and permitting through to construction, commissioning and handover to operations.This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including coordinating the design, construction, procurement, subcontractors, vendors and client interfaces.The PM will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements while meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end data center construction projects, from initial design and permitting through to construction, commissioning and handover to operationsDevelop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resourcesCoordinate design teams, engineers, contractors, vendors and local authoritiesEnsure that the design integrates critical systems such as electrical, mechanical, IT infrastructure, cooling and fire suppressionObtain all necessary permits and regulatory approvals in compliance with local, regional and national lawsOversee the construction process and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and safetyManage contractors and subcontractors performance and coordinationMonitor and control project costs, forecasting and financial reportingIdentify, assess and mitigate project risks and delaysOversee the testing, commissioning and handover processesEnsure smooth handover to operations, including documentation and manualsProvide clear project reporting to clients and senior managementRequired Skills and BackgroundDegree in Engineering or ArchitectureAt least 7–10 years of experience as Project Manager / Construction Project ManagerPreferred background in Data Centers or Oil & Gas projectsExperience in budgeting, cost control and schedulingStrong capability in project planning, scheduling and resource managementContractor and stakeholder managementKnowledge of Italian building codes and HSE regulationsFluent in English and ItalianThis role offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote work per week.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionProject Management and EngineeringIndustriesData Infrastructure and Analytics, Construction, IT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
