About OntologieOntologie is a Creative Agency expanding creative possibilities by blending Frontier Technologies, Human Artistry and Contemporary Culture.We partner with Fashion, lifestyle, and luxury brands to produce high-end campaigns and narrative content—Images and videos, integrating advanced technologies such as AI while maintaining rigorous creative, cultural, and brand standards.We are currently expanding our core internal creative team .The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Art Director to join Ontologie internally .This role will lead the creative team and work side by side with the Founder & Creative Director to:Define and evolve visual languagesLead campaigns and creative direction across projectsGrow Ontologie's creative intelligence and internal standardsHelp shape the long-term creative direction of the studio This is a role for someone who wants to help build a new creative model at a moment of real transformation , not simply execute briefs.This is not a freelance position, not a project-by-project collaboration, not a branding job, not a design job.What You Will DoLead art direction for fashion, luxury, beauty, design, and lifestyle campaignsDevelop strong visual concepts, references, and visual systemsTranslate strategy and positioning into generative AI and hybrid images, films, and coherent visual narrativesMentor and guide junior creatives , setting a high bar for quality, rigor, and thinkingWork side by side with creative and technical teams to develop effective creative workflowsBe involved early in the thinking and conceptual phases , contributing ideas, structure, and directionHelp define and evolve Ontologie's long-term creative vision Who You AreBackground in art direction within fashion, luxury, or editorial contexts Experience in at least one of the following:Independent editorial magazines or platforms , orBoutique creative studios , orIn-house creative teams at strong, design-led brandsA genuine interest in exploring the potential of AI-generated imagery and next-gen tools , curious and open-minded toward new creative processes and toolsA strong eye for imagery, culture, typography, and visual systemsAble to think in systems and narratives , not just individual images or layoutsComfortable leading ideas and creative directionMotivated to grow inside a studio , contribute long-term, and help build something meaningfulGen AI a PlusArt Direction on set photo shooting a PlusFashion & Luxury background a must Why OntologieWe are not a traditional agency.We operate as a hybrid studio where creative direction, research, and technology development coexist.You'll join a team shaping the future of content production, where experimentation and high standards are the norm.CompensationCompensation will be competitive and aligned with seniority, experience, and responsibility , with room to grow as the role and the studio evolve.How to ApplySend:A link to your portfolio, orYour Instagram, orSelected projects No formal CV required but We care deeply about the quality of work and the intention behind it.Show us what moves you—and what you're capable of.
