experience in technology, e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or fintech strongly preferredProven ability to build and scale functions, ideally within fast-growing or complex global organizationsEntrepreneurial, collaborative, and intellectually curious, with the confidence to operate effectively in Agoda's flat, fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics, and regulatory riskDemonstrated experience working across multiple geographies, with Asia experience and networks or international experience highly desirableExceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in English;
