POSITION: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION - Press Office AssociateANNUAL GROSS SALARY:SECTOR: Marketing & communicationCOMPANY DESCRIPTIONAs PR Specialist Editorial & Products, you will be directly involved in the management of products' broadcast image, starting with the definition of an editorial strategy that promotes the launched products, through daily contact with editors and fashion stylists.As a PR Specialist Editorial & Products, your aesthetic sense and knowledge of the Italian publishing landscape will be the tools to ensure the iconicity and historicity of the brand, guaranteeing the exclusiveness and quality that lies in all our products.IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEMissions Description:PRODUCT:Management of shopping requests for all categories; Definition of strategic editorial planning for product launches, in line with the global strategy; Support on sample orders per collection;SHOWROOM SUPERVISION:Showroom management and supervision of national and international shipments; Management of the flow of samples from our local showroom;PRESS MATERIALS DELIVERY AND EDITORIAL COORDINATION:Daily contact with fashion stylists and provision of press materials to editors; Daily coordination between HQ and Italian magazines to support shootings;INVENTORY ADMINISTRATION:Daily registration of samples through Fashion GPS; Daily monitoring of collections' sample flow;Profile Required:Previous experience in the role, or at least 5 years in a similar role in fashion and luxury environments;English as the first business language; other languages are considered a plus;Good proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe pack (notably Photoshop) is a plus;Availability for business travel;SOFT & INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Strong ambition to maintain the integrity and excellent quality of the Brand image;Fine aesthetic sense and creativity, with a particular interest in fashion;In-depth knowledge of the Italian publishing landscape;#J-*****-Ljbffr
