POSIZIONE: MARKETING & COMMUNICATION - Press Office Associate RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA:SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Marketing & communicationDESCRIZIONE AZIENDAWe are looking for Brand Relationship Coordinator to join the Marketing team of a Luxury Lifestyle Brand based in Milan.Support the brand & communication team focused on the Brand development in all the department activities acquiring knowledge and skills related to Publishing & Luxury brand partnerships.Support in the design and development of business proposals, maintain dialogue and relationships with customers and partners, coordinate special projects including Brand launch events.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIESAssist in keeping the schedules updated and arranging meetings with clientsPrepare marketing materials (briefs, presentations, emails)Strategic and logistic supportSupport with backoffice activities (booking flights and hotels, follow-up with clients and partners, managing mailing lists, coordinate magazines deliveries)Contribute to the development of relationships and dialogue with different departments and clients.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSExcellent knowledge of both written and spoken Italian and English (other languages as a plus)Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in the use of Excel, Google DriveAbility to work in a team as well as in standalone activitiesCreative and smart towards the Brand and the Editorial standardsWillingness to learnPassion for fashion, culture and lifestyleMinimum of 5 years experience#J-*****-Ljbffr
