Sede: Roma (ibrido)Contratto: Tempo indeterminatoArea: Business & Relations Design | Client AdvisoryChi siamoComunicazione Italiana è il principale ecosistema italiano dedicato al Knowledge Networking per C-Level & Istituzioni : progettiamo e realizziamo Forum nazionali, appuntamenti di business, community program e attività di advocacy che generano relazioni, contenuti e impatto.Entrare nel nostro team significa contribuire alla valorizzazione e allo sviluppo di un network unico composto da imprese, decision maker e stakeholder pubblici e privati.Il RuoloCerchiamo una risorsa ad alto potenziale da inserire nel team Stakeholder Engagement , con focus sullo sviluppo e sulla gestione delle partnership.Il ruolo presidia :Relazioni con partner e aziende di medio-grandi dimensioniRelational Design & Supporto consulenziale alle impreseAttività di business development qualificatoCoordinamento delle aziende partner nelle fasi pre-evento, on-site e post-eventoCollaborazione con i team interni (Content, CRM, Operations) per la corretta deliveryÈ una funzione rilevante nel posizionare le aziende partner all'interno dei Forum e nel valorizzarne l'impatto reputazionale e relazionale.RequisitiLaurea (preferibilmente economia, marketing, comunicazione, scienze politiche)Inglese fluente (= B2)Esperienza in ruoli affini : account management, partnership, sales B2B, consulenzaOttime capacità relazionali e comunicativeOrientamento al cliente e alle relazioni di medio-lungo periodoAttitudine project-based, con capacità di gestire pipeline e obiettiviDisponibilità a trasfertePlus preferenzialiEsperienza in società di consulenza B2BFamiliarità con processi e strumenti di CRMCapacità di parlare in pubblicoConoscenza ecosistemi HR, IT, Finance, SustainabilityAttitudine a lettura dei trend di mercato e posizionamento competitivoCosa offriamoTempo indeterminatoWork model ibridoAccesso diretto a top manager e stakeholder istituzionaliSpazio di crescita realeOwnership dei progetti#J-*****-Ljbffr
