OverviewEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Enfinity Global is seeking a Procurement Director to join our global procurement team focused on strategic sourcing of modules and racking systems.This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of key components for our utility-scale PV and BESS projects.The role requires a blend of commercial acumen, contractual expertise, technical understanding and strategic relationship management to deliver competitive, reliable, and sustainable supply outcomes.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement & Category ManagementDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for modules and racking systems.Align sourcing strategies with corporate sustainability goals and renewable project pipeline requirementsManage procurement from market intelligence and RFPs through to contract negotiation, and awardLead supplier qualification and benchmarking for performance, cost, quality, risk, and innovation potentialWork closely with business units to forecast sourcing needs for the equipment categories and execute sourcing plans that support project delivery timelines and schedulesDevelop and apply a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework to evaluate supply opportunities, optimize levelized cost of energy (LCOE), and maximize project returnsLead global supplier relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships with module and racking manufacturers and technology innovatorsAct as the key interface between internal technical, engineering, project, operations, and finance teams to align sourcing decisions with business objectivesPromote innovation and collaboration with suppliers to enhance competitiveness, quality, operations, reliability, and sustainabilityCommunicate sourcing strategies, key risks, and opportunities across stakeholders and senior leadershipSupport global procurement initiatives and corporate sourcing objectives, ensuring consistency with enterprise-wide supply chain strategiesContracting & NegotiationLead negotiation of complex commercial terms and Master Supply Agreements (MSAs), Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) if applicable in regionCollaborate closely with legal, technical, and project management teams to structure risk-balanced, bankable agreementsManage ongoing supplier relationships to ensure contract compliance, performance improvement, and continuous value creationTechnical & Market ExpertiseMaintain strong understanding of module and racking technologies for renewable generation projectsAnalyze market trends, technology shifts, and supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing strategies and cost curvesSupport project feasibility and design optimization through cost modeling and technical inputs on sourcing alternativesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Legal or related field (Master's degree and Engineering preferred)8 -12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement of renewable energy infrastructure equipment with emphasis on modules and racking systems sourcingProven experience in international strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, innovation partnerships, and contract executionProven track record negotiating complex commercial contracts and managing MSAsStrong knowledge of technical, operational, market and financial drivers for utility-scale and standalone storage projectsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently across time zonesHigh analytical capability, commercial judgment, and comfort managing ambiguity in evolving marketsExcellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills across executives and stakeholdersAvailability to travel as needed to supplier sites or project locationsKnowledgeable of US safe harbor, tariffs, FEOC/material assistance, UFLPA, and tax equity financing requirementsAbility to manage across multiple global time zones and availability to travel as needed to supplier sites and project locationsIn Enfinity Global, you will find a dynamic, multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.You will have opportunities to contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let\'s build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.#J-*****-Ljbffr
