IT Project Manager CPQ (W / M / D)Location: ParmaYOUR OPPORTUNITYJoin a strategic, business-critical project at the heart of our commercial operations.Our CPQ platform is already live and evolving, and we are looking for a IT Project Manager(W / M / D) to help shape its next phases, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and support the continuous improvement of a complex, international ecosystem.YOUR MISSIONBased preferably in Parma, you will work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners, acting as a key player in the governance and evolution of our CPQ solutions.You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and continuous enhancement of our CPQ solution.Acting as a strategic liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions.You will also play a key role in analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.What you'll doBe the go-to person for our CPQ ecosystem (Configuration, Pricing, Quotation)Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and solution providersTurn business needs into clear, actionable functional solutionsCoordinate multiple contributors and interfaces across countries and teamsDrive project follow-up: planning, milestones, testing, and go-live activitiesOrganize and lead workshops, project meetings, and governance committeesChallenge operational needs to ensure scalable and efficient solutionsWork closely with vendors and partners, challenging proposals and delivery timelinesContribute to the CPQ roadmap with IT, including future enhancements and AI opportunitiesSupport day-to-day governance of a platform already used in productionGrow over time into budget follow-up and purchasing responsibilitiesYOUR PROFILEMinimum 3 years of experience in CPQ systems analysis.Strong functional expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes, including configuration, product modelling, pricing, and quoting.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.Solid understanding of CPQ technologies and platforms.Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach to documentation and process design.Adaptable and proactive personality with a focus on continuous improvement.Experience working on complex, multi-tool, international projects.The ability to understand development constraints and keep projects on track.Strong communication skills in English.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Sciences, or a related field.Who you are :A natural communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams.A collaborative leader with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.Comfortable challenging ideas – both internally and with external partners.Proactive, curious, and motivated by continuous improvement.Good to knowPriority location: Parma, with the possibility to be based in Octeville-sur-Mer.Regular face-to-face collaboration in Parma and Reichstett.Exposure to international teams and limited travel worldwide.Opportunities to contribute to other digital projects (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics).By applying to this vacancy, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data included in the job application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
