L'azienda in crescita sta costruendo un team solido e duraturo, basato su una cultura aziendale improntata a collaborazione, trasparenza e crescita professionale. Attualmente sta evolvendo verso un modello ibrido IPP, con l'obiettivo di diventare un full IPP nel medio periodo. Come Land Manager, sarai responsabile dell'individuazione, analisi e negoziazione di terreni idonei per lo sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici (PV / Agri-PV) e BESS. Ti occuperai dell'intero processo di origination e acquisizione, lavorando in autonomia e contribuendo attivamente alla crescita della pipeline aziendale. Responsabilità principali Origination di terreni per progetti PV, Agri-PV e BESS Analisi di fattibilità e dei vincoli territoriali tramite GIS e software dedicati Attività di land scouting e negoziazione diretta con i proprietari Gestione autonoma delle trattative e chiusura degli accordi di locazione o acquisto Sviluppo e mantenimento di una rete di contatti nel Nord Italia Approccio commerciale e orientato ai risultati Requisiti Buona conoscenza degli strumenti GIS e di analisi territoriale Capacità di negoziazione e di gestione autonoma delle trattative Ottima conoscenza del territorio del Nord Italia Spiccato orientamento commerciale e proattività J-*****-Ljbffr
