SB, azienda principale del gruppo PHI Global Group, è alla ricerca della figura professionale diTravel Designer.Il Travel Designer è responsabile della progettazione e dello sviluppo di prodotti turistici incoming destinati a clientela internazionale, valorizzando il territorio, le strutture ricettive e la rete di fornitori locali.La figura contribuisce alla creazione di itinerari ed esperienze autentiche, sostenibili e commercialmente efficaci, in linea con il posizionamento del Tour Operator e le esigenze dei mercati esteri.Responsabilità principaliProgettare e sviluppare pacchetti turistici incoming (FIT, gruppi leisure, MICE e tailor-made), combinando alloggio, trasporti, servizi ed esperienze sul territorio.Selezionare, contrattualizzare e gestire fornitori e partner locali (hotel, DMC, guide, trasporti, esperienze, ristorazione).Costruire itinerari tematici e multi-destinazione, valorizzando le eccellenze locali (cultura, enogastronomia, natura, lifestyle).Analizzare i mercati di riferimento e i trend della domanda internazionale, individuando opportunità di sviluppo prodotto.Collaborare con il reparto Commerciale nella definizione di offerte, quotazioni, pricing e marginalità per clienti B2B e B2C.Supportare il team Marketing nella creazione dei contenuti di prodotto (descrizioni, storytelling, materiali commerciali e digitali).Lavorare a stretto contatto con il reparto Operations per garantire la corretta erogazione dei servizi e il rispetto degli standard qualitativi.Monitorare la customer satisfaction e il feedback dei clienti e dei partner esteri, proponendo azioni di miglioramento continuo.Contribuire allo sviluppo di relazioni di lungo periodo con fornitori e stakeholder territoriali.Requisiti3–5 anni di esperienza nel settore Tour Operating Incoming, DMC o Travel Industry.Diploma o laurea in Turismo, Economia, Marketing, Comunicazione o discipline affini.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera è considerata un plus.Conoscenza approfondita delle dinamiche dell'incoming turistico e dei mercati internazionali.Capacità di progettazione di itinerari, gestione fornitori e negoziazione.Attitudine analitica, problem solving e orientamento al risultato economico.Forte orientamento al cliente e attenzione alla qualità dell'esperienza.Ottime capacità relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro in team.Sede di lavoroTerritorialeIl presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati di entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle Leggi ****** e ******, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei Decreti Legislativi ****** e ******.In linea con il proprio Codice Etico, Xenia si impegna ad adottare principi di comportamento che favoriscono la diversità, l'equità e l'inclusione del proprio personale.
