Il nostro cliente è una multinazionale americana quotata in borsa, leader nell'offerta di servizi ad alto valore in ambito B2B.Il RuoloLa risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella gestione dei processi di selezione e nello sviluppo di iniziative di talent attraction, lavorando a stretto contatto con HR Business Partner, Comunicazione e Marketing.Nello specifico:Gestione end-to-end dei processi di selezioneIdeazione e implementazione di iniziative di employer branding coerenti con il posizionamento aziendaleCollaborazione con Comunicazione e Marketing su contenuti, eventi, partnership universitarie e iniziative di attraction.Contributo allo sviluppo di processi, strumenti e best practice di recruiting, anche attraverso l'utilizzo di tecnologie innovativeRequisitiLaurea in discipline umanistiche o economiche. Gradito un eventuale Master in HR.3/4 anni di esperienza in ruoli di Talent Acquisition in contesti strutturati (società di consulenza, search & selection o aziende complesse)Ottima conoscenza di tutti i processi di selezioneUtilizzo avanzato di strumenti di sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter in primis)Esperienza o forte interesse per progetti di employer brandingFamiliarità con strumenti digitali e tecnologie a supporto dell'HR (inclusa l'AI)Forte orientamento al business e capacità di ascoltoAttitudine al lavoro in team e flessibilità operativaConoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
