Your primary focus will be to strategically connect our Institute with these highly sought‑after talents, ensuring we continue to build a world‑class team.LocationTurin, Italy. Partial remote working can be agreed.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProactive Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top‑tier AI and scientific professionals currently excelling within other leading research institutes and corporate R&D departments. This involves deep market mapping and cultivating relationships long before active recruitment needs arise.Outreach to Scientific Community: Immerse yourself in key AI, scientific, and technological communities (academia, research centres, specialized forums, professional associations).Relationship Building & Cultivation: Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates.
