About OTB GroupOTB is an international fashion group comprising the iconic, unconventional brands Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor&Rolf.It also controls the Staff International and Brave Kid companies and holds a stake in American brand Amiri.OTB – short for "Only The Brave" – believes in the possibility of pushing beyond the frontiers of fashion and style to support the creativity of international talents and express in full the innovative spirit and uncompromising courage of its founder and chairman, Renzo Rosso.With more than 6,000 employees worldwide, the Group is founded on a digital approach centred on the consumer, a concrete long-term commitment to the creation of a sustainable, technologically driven business, and close attention to social issues through the OTB Foundation.AtOTB Group, people, creativity and performance are at the core of everything we do.We are looking for asenior professionalwho will act as aglobal reference pointacross brands and regions forTotal Reward, Performance Management and related KPI and analytics,shaping scalable frameworks and governance.This role sits at the intersection ofstrategy, data and culture,partnering closely with HR Leadership, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to enable fair, transparent and performance-driven people decisions worldwide.Key AccountabilitiesThe Global Total Reward & Performance Manager's main responsibilities include:Total Reward ManagementLeading the annual design, implementation and governance of theGroup Short-Term Incentive (STI) / MBO programs, ensuring alignment between business priorities, performance outcomes and individual contribution, while balancing global consistency and local relevanceActing as functionalowner of MBO and Performance Management moduleswithin HRIS platforms, ensuring continuous monitoring and evolution based on effectiveness and business needsOwning and evolvingLong-Term Incentive (LTI) plansto support executive retention and long-term value creation through robust governance, benchmarking and best-practice designDefining, harmonizing and evolvingglobal reward and recognition policies, balancing competitiveness, internal equity and sustainability, and reinforcing an inclusive and performance-oriented cultureActing asSubject Matter Expert for the Group job architecture and job grading framework,including direct evaluation of senior and key roles, methodological guidance to HR teams across brands and regions, and continuous evolution of job architecture to enable clarity, mobility and transparencyLeading the cross-functional Total Reward transformation related to theEU Pay Transparency Directive,including organizational design and job architecture optimization, gender pay gap analysis, benchmarking and remediation strategies, policy definition, compliance frameworks and internal communication initiativesOverseeing globalsalary benchmarking activities and pay equity analysesto support informed decisions on salary reviews and reward positioningPerformance Management & AnalyticsActing as architect and guardian of theGroup Performance Management framework, with accountability for annual cycle governance, timelines and continuous improvement driven by feedback, analytics and evolving ways of workingSupporting the definition, oversight and continuous improvement of a robustKPI and reporting frameworkcovering performance and goal achievement, talent and succession, internal mobility and career progression, and workforce and reward effectiveness trendsRequirements5+ years of experience inTotal Reward, Performance Management and HR analytics,ideally in international and complex environmentsStrong hands-on experience withMBO, LTI, job grading, salary benchmarking and pay equityStrong strategic mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic narratives and translate them into high impact initiativesSolid experience working withHRIS platforms(preferably SAP SuccessFactors), with hands-on exposure toPerformance Management and Incentive (MBO) modulesAbility to lead global programs and projects within complex organizationsConfidence working in global, matrix organizations with diverse stakeholdersExcellentcommunication and influencing skillsFluent English and Italian#LI-AR #OTB#J-*****-Ljbffr
