Randstad Professionals LSS, divisione specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management in ambito Energy & Environment, ricerca per importante realtà operante nel settore delle energie rinnovabili :Developer Fotovoltaico ItaliaLa figura sarà responsabile dello sviluppo di nuovi impianti fotovoltaici, con un focus sulla valutazione delle aree, la gestione delle trattative con i proprietari, il coordinamento dei fornitori esterni e la conduzione degli iter autorizzativi.Sarà inoltre incaricato di presidiare i rapporti con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni e i gestori di rete, garantendo l'avanzamento dei progetti nel rispetto delle tempistiche e della normativa vigente.Valutare aree e terreni idonei allo sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici, avvalendosi di procacciatori o reti commerciali già individuati.Individuare e proporre nuove aree da autorizzare per lo sviluppo di impianti.Gestire le trattative commerciali con i proprietari dei terreni, sia per accordi di diritto di superficie sia per l'acquisto.Condurre pre-analisi vincolistiche e di fattibilità tecnica ed economica.Gestire i rapporti con i gestori della rete elettrica (e-Distribuzione, Terna).Curare le relazioni con le Pubbliche Amministrazioni competenti per l'iter autorizzativo (PAS, PAUR, AU, Cds, VIA, ecc.).Selezionare e coordinare fornitori di servizi tecnici esterni (ingegneria, analisi ambientali, ecc.).Esperienza di almeno 2-4 anni nello sviluppo di impianti fotovoltaici a terra in Italia.Laurea in Ingegneria (ambientale, edile, ecc.), Giurisprudenza, Agraria, Economia o diploma di Geometra.Conoscenze tecniche di progettazione elettrica preliminare (Autocad costituisce un plus).Conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese (plus)#J-*****-Ljbffr
