Sustainability Venue Specialist – Sustainability Venue Staff (Fixed term contract) Take the chance to work for the Organization in charge of delivering one of the biggest and most prestigious events in sport fieldFeel the Olympic and Paralympic energy joining us at Fondazione Milano Cortina ****, leaving a mark in the sport historyBREAK THE ICEFondazione Milano Cortina **** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of ****, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.We are driven by the following values: respect, determination, legacy, engagement and sustainability.Milanocortina **** will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.The Organizing Committee has been established in **** with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).The Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, and the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.ResponsibilitiesManage the supporting activities referred to the implementation of requirements (legislative and or voluntary) set up for every FA at venues and other locations level.Support the verification of the respect of applicable Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) and Sustainability Protocol for Temporary Infrastructures during the entire life cycle of the temporary infrastructure (venue working activities, setting up and dismantling and restoration of venue).Support FA Operations (NRG, VDO, TRA, LOG, FNB, CNW, TECH, etc.) in the implementation of the rules and guidelines referring to the temporary and any permanent works at venue level referring to Fondazione.Support the implementation of the verification program through EHS audits on direct or indirect activities (venues, working areas of permanent infrastructures, etc.).Support the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment requirements, defining legislative/prescriptions environmental registers for each cluster/venue, within Fondazione's responsibilities.Support the collection of sustainability information and data, to be elaborated for the Sustainability Protocol for Temporary Infrastructure, for the SUS and LGY Reporting and for the Carbon Inventory of Fondazione.Support the verification on the implementation of the sustainability criteria and Policy and Procedures in all the operational activities referring at the venues' work sites and during the Games's cycle.Contribute to the implementation of the Sustainability Management System for the Olympic and Paralympic organization during Games Time (standard ISO *****).Support the collection of data at venue level.Verification activities, fulfilling the Non-conformities and preventive/corrective actions procedures.Support the fulfilment of the IMS, during Games Time at venue and cluster level.Provide support for the implementation of sustainability measures to reduce impacts.RequirementsTechnical Degree (Engineering, Environment, Sustainability, etc.) and or Legal or Economic (at least three-year degree).Fluent in English, preferably another language.Fondazione Milano Cortina **** is committed in building an inclusive and diversified working environment, striving to guarantee equal opportunities for all workers (L.******) and promote the integration into its workforce of persons with disabilities (L.*****).#J-*****-Ljbffr
