OverviewIndustrial Multinational Company Regional Role, Italy basedAzienda Industrial Multinational Company, Italy.120 global locationsOffertaThe Regional Trade Legal/Compliance Manager plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal interests of the company.This position supports the Legal Department by overseeing and advancing comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring that the organization remains aligned with all relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.Expertise in trade compliance and export control is required.The position reports to the Legal Counsel and is part of the Corporate organization.Within this sub-function, the manager is entrusted with balancing both the daily management of compliance operations and the strategic development of policies that directly influence the medium-term performance of the function and the broader organization.The scope of responsibility extends to multiple teams or even several regional units, encompassing the full range of planning, budgeting, results monitoring, and policy formulation at a multi-country level.This comprehensive oversight includes accountability for operational volume, quality, delivery, and financial outcomes.The role demands deep expertise in the field, with the expectation to lead teams effectively and to act as a subject matter authority within the organization.Furthermore, the position requires sophisticated problem-solving skills, as the manager is frequently called upon to address complex challenges by refining or innovating techniques, methods, processes, or systems.In sum, the Regional Trade Legal/Compliance Manager is instrumental in integrating compliance excellence with the organization's strategic and operational goals.Competenze ed esperienzaMaster's degree in Law from ItalyEnglish advanced4-6 years of experience working as a lawyer either in-house or in a law firm, strong legal knowledgeGood command of Italian and English; other languages are considered an assetStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationSelf-starter with a proactive and results-driven mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and take ownershipAdaptabilityStructured thinking and organizational skillsAvailable for transfer in Europe and USACompleta l'offertaRegional role#J-*****-Ljbffr
