We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider,our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Team asPROCESS ANALYST & TECHNICAL WRITER INTERN.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process mapping and designing within thedigital transformationof the company, technical documentation and analytical thinking through cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and innovative IT services environment.The internship will include the following activities:Join meetings with technical and business teams to understand andstreamline processesand gather insights for improving documentation;Work closely with technical experts to collect, organize, and simplify information about our Cloud and Cybersecurity services;Support the creation and updating of process and technical documentation,using AItools, to make information clear, accurate, and easy to use;Analyze workflows and processes to spot inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement;Help prepare technical product sheets, internal presentations, and knowledge-sharing materials for the team and stakeholders;Collaborate across teams to ensure documentation and processes are consistent, practical, and aligned with company standards.The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:Hard Skills:Master's Degree in Engineering/management engineering or related field;Interest in process mapping, workflow analysis, or business process documentation;Ability to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation;Capability to structure information logically for readability and consistency;Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, knowledge of Visio, MS365 and AI tools is a plus.Language Skills:Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory;Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.Soft Skills:Proactivity and willingness to learn;Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities;Attention to details;Teamwork and collaboration.We offer a6-month internshipin a collaborative, innovative environment andfast-growing companywith mentorship and professional development.If you enjoy challenges and actively contribute to company success, we are the right place for youWorkplace:Vimercate (MB), plus smart working.Settore: InformaticaRuolo: IT/TechnologyTipo di occupazione: Stage
