JOB PURPOSESearching for a dynamic, motivated, well organized Program Manager to:A) support the Training team in planning, organizing, implementing and measuring Online Training Projects for companies with global retail network.B) build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsRESPONSIBILITIESManage projects, timelines and deliverablesManage content calendar, content creation and translations for micro learning training programMaintain deliverables/activity overall planning calendarAnalyze data and Training KPI through dedicated dashboardsLiase with IT team for development of tools and resources on MondayInterface with IT for LMS Platform management from course creation and participant enrollment to completion reportsUnderstand customers' needs and provide them with specific products and servicesCollect and analyze data and make it usable by the customers, so as to help them chooseDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and servicesPromptly resolve any customer problemsKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSDetail oriented with strong project management/organization skills and ability to manage simultaneous projects, maintain timelines, track deliverables,Ability to work under pressure on tight deadlines while delivering excellenceFlexible and adaptable to shifting prioritiesProblem SolvingStrong analytical mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsTeam PlayerCreativity and curiosity around innovative methods – startup mentalityResult-orientedDigital MindsetSkills: Excellent XL , PPT.Knowledge of Monday, Skillato and PowerBI a plusNICE TO HAVEPassion for carsInterest in automotive business (distribution, renting and financing, warranty, used cas business,...)#J-*****-Ljbffr
