OverviewWe are a technology consulting and services company specializing in Customer Experience, Data, and Artificial Intelligence, driven by a strong culture of customer centricity and digital innovation.Through the integrated orchestration of data, design, AI, and operations, we develop new service models that enhance business performance, increase profitability, and improve customer satisfaction.People are at the heart of our projects and our everyday work.We foster an open and collaborative working environment where everyone's potential can emerge through the sharing of skills and experiences.Together, we achieve goals of excellence that are sustainable and innovative, creating a positive impact in the communities where we operate.We are looking for a Program Manager to join our project management team.What You Will DoAs a Program Manager within our Business Unit, you will be responsible for the strategic governance and evolutionary roadmap of enterprise web portals for a major client in the Pharmaceutical sector.Your task will be to coordinate multiple project streams, ensuring that technological evolution is aligned with business objectives, working closely with a cross-functional team of experts in areas ranging from UX/UI to development, content, SEO, and security.ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance: Definition and supervision of the master plan, management of inter dependencies, budget allocation, and long-term planning of the various project streams, ensuring coherence with the client\'s strategic objectives.End-to-end Delivery: Coordination of the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring output quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to assigned deadlines and budget.Stakeholder Management: Acting as a strategic hub between Assist Digital and the client, supporting the development of digital evolution strategies and consolidating a relationship of mutual trust.Vendor and Resource Management: Coordinating internal teams and external vendors, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing in a cross-functional context.Reporting: Preparation of executive-level reporting (high-level), both internal and for the client, ensuring constant monitoring of program KPIs, proactive identification of program risks, and definition of necessary mitigation plans.Who We Are Looking ForExperience: Solid experience of at least 5 years in the role of Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in the IT/Digital field, gained in international contexts and, preferably, with previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector.Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall frameworks: Proven experience in orchestrating complex streams adopting both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including the scalability of these approaches across multiple parallel projects and the ability to discern the most appropriate methodology based on the project\'s nature.Stakeholder Relationship: Communication skills and ability to conduct meetings with C-Level and Senior Management stakeholders, in both business and IT domains.Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.Languages: Excellent knowledge of English and Italian (mandatory).Soft Skills: Strong strategic vision, influential leadership, and high adaptability in structured environments.Preferred Requirements (Nice to Have)Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, Lean, Agile, and Scaled Agile (SAFe).Technical Skills: Knowledge of the Adobe ecosystem, particularly the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.Pharmaceutical Compliance: Ensuring that all digital evolutions comply with specific sector regulations (e.g., GxP, GDPR, data privacy, and internal validation processes).Languages: Knowledge of other languages besides Italian and English (French, Spanish, German).Tools: Jira, Confluence or equivalents and advanced Project Management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).What We OfferA growth path that values the individual at 360°A dynamic, international work environment made up of diverse project teams, with the opportunity to expand multi-industry knowledge and gain exposure to the most innovative technologies on the marketInternal and external training opportunities, with the possibility of obtaining professional certifications based on the roleCorporate welfare and employee benefitsTicket RestaurantWe are one of Italy\'s Best Employers ****EEO / Data PrivacyJOIN USIn alignment with our diversity and equal opportunity goals, this announcement is addressed to all candidates without discrimination.Assist Digital spa is the data controller of personal data.The data processed may include A) Personal data;
