CMSA è alla ricerca di un/una Tecnico/a di manutenzione da inserire nelle proprie unità produttive con sede di riferimento nella zona di Firenze, con possibilità di spostamenti in Toscana e aree limitrofe, nell'ambito di appalti di manutenzione su edifici civili.Descrizione della posizioneLa risorsa, riportando al Responsabile Tecnico, supporterà le attività di manutenzione e coordinerà la pianificazione degli interventi presso i Clienti assegnati, nel rispetto delle procedure operative aziendali.Attività principaliPianificare e coordinare le risorse dedicate alla manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di edilizia, impianti elettrici, meccanici e idraulici;Utilizzare gestionali per la programmazione e la gestione dei ticket di intervento;Fornire supporto tecnico al team manutentivo nella risoluzione di problematiche operative;Verificare periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento lavori (SAL) e il livello di prestazione;Raccogliere le esigenze di lavorazioni straordinarie, predisporre i dati necessari per la formulazione di preventivi e offerte economiche;Analizzare la documentazione tecnica ed effettuare sopralluoghi per la redazione delle offerte;Interfacciarsi, se necessario, con il personale del Cliente presente sul sito;Garantire l'applicazione dei Piani di Manutenzione e la corretta esecuzione dei lavori programmati;Redigere la documentazione tecnica a completamento delle attività (es. dichiarazioni di conformità);Collaborare alla gestione ordinaria dei ticket di guasto.RequisitiDiploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria;Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nella gestione di contratti di manutenzione, preferibilmente in aziende operanti nel settore Facility Management o affini;Buone capacità organizzative e relazionali;Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio regionale.Sede di lavoroFirenze (con spostamenti in Toscana e zone limitrofe).OffertaInserimento con contratto Metalmeccanico, con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza della persona selezionata.#J-*****-Ljbffr
