Consultant – Recruitment Expert | Engineering & Life Science | MilanoAntal International è una multinazionale della consulenza HR con oltre 30 anni di esperienza nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati.Operiamo attraverso una rete internazionale altamente specializzata per funzione e settore.In Italia siamo presenti dal **** con sedi a Milano e Bologna e affianchiamo aziende nazionali e multinazionali nella costruzione e nello sviluppo dei loro team.Per la sede di Milano cerchiamo un / una Consultant – Recruitment Expert da inserire nella divisione Engineering & Life Science , che presidia settori quali Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Automation, Automotive, Pharma, Medical Devices, Food & Beverage e Packaging.Cosa significa essere Consultant in AntalEssere Consultant in Antal significa lavorare in modo completo sul progetto : comprendere il contesto del cliente, tradurre il bisogno in una strategia di ricerca efficace e costruire relazioni professionali solidi nel tempo.Il ruolo combina una forte specializzazione nella ricerca e selezione con un approccio consulenziale e commerciale, contribuendo in modo diretto alla crescita della divisione Engineering & Life Science.Cosa farai concretamenteRicerca e selezione (priorità del ruolo)Gestire progetti di ricerca e selezione end-to-end su profili Engineering e Life Science.Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e definire strategie di recruiting mirate.Svolgere attività di sourcing, screening e colloqui in autonomia.Accompagnare clienti e candidati lungo tutto il processo, garantendo qualità, tempi e affidabilità.Sviluppo commercialeSviluppare il portafoglio clienti nei settori Engineering e Life Science.Interagire con HR, Line Manager e Direzioni proponendo soluzioni di recruiting su misura.Costruire relazioni professionali di lungo periodo, basate su fiducia e conoscenza del business.Lavoro di team e crescita della divisioneConfrontarti con colleghi senior su progetti, strategie e approcci di mercato.Contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo della practice con un ruolo consulenziale e operativo.RequisitiForte passione per il mondo del recruiting e interesse a crescere in una realtà di consulenza.Solida comprensione dei processi di ricerca e selezione (anche maturata tramite stage o prime esperienze).Interesse o familiarità con i settori Engineering e / o Life Science.Attitudine consulenziale e orientamento al cliente.Capacità di sviluppare relazioni professionali in modo credibile e continuativo.Ottime capacità comunicative, spirito imprenditoriale e orientamento al risultato.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Cosa offriamoRuolo centrale nella divisione Engineering & Life Science.Contesto internazionale, strutturato ma flessibile.Autonomia, fiducia e responsabilità sul proprio lavoro.Percorso di crescita professionale concreto e meritocratico.Accesso al network globale Antal e a progetti internazionali.Partecipazione a eventi e conference del network.Candidati oraInvia il tuo CV tramite LinkedIn o all'indirizzo .I profili in linea verranno contattati entro 30 giorni.In caso contrario, il CV sarà valutato per future opportunità.#J-*****-Ljbffr
