Mansione Randstad Italia Spa, ricerca unAccounting Specialistda inserire all'interno del nostro Team Finance di un noto cliente operante nel settore Automotive.La risorsa prescelta supporterà i colleghi nella gestione dei processi contabili e amministrativi, con un focus specifico sulla gestione dei flussi di incasso e sulle riconciliazioni bancarie.Il candidato ideale ha già maturato un'esperienza pregressa in ambito contabile e possiede una buona autonomia operativa, unite alla capacità di muoversi efficacemente in contesti aziendali strutturati e complessi.Entrerai a far parte di un ambiente collaborativo dove la precisione e l'analisi dei dati sono fondamentali per garantire l'eccellenza dei processi finanziari aziendali.Si offre un contratto iniziale in somministrazione.CCNL IndustrialInquadramento livello C3 (ex 5 livello)RAL: 27kLuogo di lavoro: Roma, zona EurOrario di lavoro: Full timeResponsabilitàIl ruolo richiede un mix di competenze analitiche e relazionali per la gestione delle seguenti attività:Gestione Flussi di Cassa: Registrazione quotidiana degli incassi (SDD, carte di credito, bonifici) e gestione delle riconciliazioni tra conti bancari e sottoconti clienti.Problem Solving Contabile: Identificazione e risoluzione di discrepanze o anomalie nei flussi di pagamento, interfacciandosi direttamente con i clienti, il Team Collection e gli uffici interni.Supporto Amministrativo: Gestione della prima nota, registrazione di fatture attive/passive e analisi periodica dei conti contabili.Soft Skills: Cerchiamo una persona precisa e affidabile, con spiccate capacità organizzative e una naturale attitudine al lavoro di squadra (Teamwork).CompetenzeTitolo di Studio: Laurea triennale in Economia o Diploma in Ragioneria/Economia Aziendale.Esperienza: Almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo all'interno di dipartimenti Finance, preferibilmente in realtà multinazionali o nel settore Automotive.Competenze Tecniche: Solida conoscenza dei principi contabili nazionali e dei fondamenti di fiscalità generale.Sistemi Informativi: Conoscenza di SAP (modulo FI-CO), considerata un forte plus.Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Strumenti: Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office, con un livello avanzato nell'utilizzo di Excel.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad / ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).#J-*****-Ljbffr
