each other.Role Summary and ImpactWe're looking for a Project Manager for the Entertainment unit, confident in mixing accounting, strategic thinking and project management skills.The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Influencer Marketing, branded content, media partnerships and on-field activations, with at least 3 years in a similar role.We're looking for someone who understands client needs and can lead projects through every phase \u**** from briefing to ideation, from production to delivery.A "rell up my sleeves" mindset is crucial to succeed.Given the multidisciplinary nature and complexity, you'll need organization, ownership, adaptability, and a great sense of humor.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the account(s) she/he oversees, acting as the key point of contact both internally and client-sideBuilding and nurturing strong relationships with clientsPartnering with agency teams to develop and bring to life communication projectsLeading the project workflow end-to-end, overseeing timing, scope of work, and all economic-related aspectsEnsuring a smooth management of expectations, goals, and KPIs throughout all project phasesCoordinating internal disciplines and guiding external partners or talents during ideation, production and deliveryManaging influencer marketing activities with advanced knowledge of creators, formats, trends, performance metrics and best practicesContributing actively to the agency's growth and acting as the agency representative during pitches, business meetings and new business opportunitiesRequirementsStrong understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations and behaviorsProven ability to manage projects and conversations with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgroundsAt least 3 years of experienceConsultancy-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects with different timelines, priorities and stakeholder dynamicsTeam leader and team
