Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.From the Sunset Hotels & Resorts division, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper for METT Milan Torre Velasca, our new Residences & Suites project located in the iconic Torre Velasca, in the heart of Milan.This role will coordinate and oversee the cleaning and maintenance of all suites, residences, and public areas. The Executive Housekeeper will supervise and guide the housekeeping team, ensuring that all services are delivered in line with METT's luxury standards, creating an environment of comfort, elegance, and consistency for our guests.Main responsibilitiesLead and manage the entire Housekeeping department, ensuring impeccable standards in suites, residences, public areas, and laundry operationsDevelop and implement rigorous cleaning and maintenance procedures to uphold and elevate the quality standards in line with METTConduct daily inspections across all areas of the property to ensure consistency and excellence in presentation and higieneOversee the department's budget, including forecasting, staffing costs, operating supplies, and inventory controlRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing housekeeping teamEnsure a personalized and elevated housekeeping service tailored to the needs of short-stay, long-stay and VIP guestsMaintain effective and proactive communication with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to guarantee a seamless and comfortable stay for every GuestSupervise linen management and laundry to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost controlMonitor and manage departmental KPIs and take corrective actions when neededEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies QualificationsProven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in 5* luxury/lifestyle hotelsExperience in luxury Suites & Residences operations will be considered an asset.Fluency in Italian and English is requiredDemonstrated ability to lead and manage large teamsStrong experience in budget management, cost control, and departmental planningExcellent organizational skills and a strong passion for detailOutstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesSolid knowledge of PMS systems, housekeeping procedures, and inventory controlCommitment to upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times BenefitsCompetitive Salary.Discounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.
