STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customers.We are looking for a brilliant student/newly graduated to join our Marketing Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoThe intern will support the Category Management team in B2B activities related to the Consumer Mass Market.The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact between international markets and internal departments, ensuring that commercial offers are developed efficiently and accurately.This is a dynamic and challenging environment and a good platform where to start and develop a career in marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Collect information from European markets in a structured and timely manner to organize and compile the data necessary for preparing bids;Interface and coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Pricing, etc.) to gather the required input and keep progress updates to date;Support the optimization of the information gathering and management process, proactively suggesting operational enhancemets;Collaborate with the marketing team in updating product information, catalogues, and promotional materials when required;Support the Category Management team in managing product data entry and updates within the PIM system;Assist CategoryManagers in analyzing product and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and supporting materials for internal meetings and client offers.QUALIFICATIONS:University Degree is needed (Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field)A Master and or any other further qualification is appreciatedWilling to work in international, fast paced environmentKNOWLEDGE:Good at Computer use, Windows software, Office Package, especially ExcelLANGUAGES:Knowledge of Italian and English is mandatoryA further language knowledge is appreciatedMINDSET AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:Flexibility, and capable of working in high evolving contexts, are requiredAutonomy and initiative attitudeTeam working attitudeProblem solving attitudeHigh sense of time scheduled respect and energy levelMotivated to work in the Marketing areaOpen to acquire knowledge in the international marketsReimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteenCurious about our values?Explore them hereInterested candidates must send their applications with authorization under GDPR (EU Reg. ********).The recruitment process is open to candidates of all genders (D.Lgs. ********).
