With a focus on sustainability ??, on a daily basis, we support companies, enabling them to improve their travel management through our constantly evolving services and solutions, always characterized by our tech attitude and smart and innovative processes. ??We know that success comes from People and deserves to be recognized.??Proactivity and Reliability, Kindful collaboration and communication are the core values of our Solution Culture.If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest-growing B2B scale-ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for. ??We are looking forWe are looking for new travel agents with experience in theTravel Industryand customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.Your role in BizAwayMade a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our ProviderResponding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel requests through our platformEntering customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the bookingExplaining rules and procedures to use our service on the PlatformExplaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc)Your basic qualifications1-2 yearsof previous experience in the Travel IndustryExcellent knowledge ofGDS systemsor previous experience in a local travel agencyExcellent knowledge of both written and spokenPortuguese(B2 and up)Availability to work in shifts (also night shifts from 22 to 7 in the morning)High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust pass pre-employment skills testing and background checkWe are also interested inGood communication skills in EnglishCustomer Care experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to learn and adapt to new software technologiesOur offer?? Contract type: Permanent?? Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays?? Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office), flexible working hours and great offices in Europe?? Salary: Starting from the 5th level and above, with a salary range from 21K to 30K, in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)??
