At Beefree, our hive buzzes with the spirit of invention, profound curiosity, and a down-to-earth approach.We're not just any SaaS company; we're a place where creativity meets technology to empower businesses, creators, and individuals in digital communications.Our mission?To help ideas take flight through an intuitive, no-code, drag-and-drop builder for designing responsive emails and landing pages online and embedded in hundreds of SaaS applications.We're a fully remote team that values doing things a bit differently.Embracing transparency, we share our journey's highs and lows with the world.As a software company born in Italy, our diverse team stretches from Europe to the U.S., blending the best of both worlds.Shared values unite our collective from different walks of life with a singular mission : democratizing the design of complex digital assets like emails and landing pages.We aim to provide tools that free up individuals and teams to produce their finest work.You can read more about the Beefree story, our values and operating principles, and our unique culture at beefree.io / careers.Location : Remote (Italy)Type : Full-time, RemoteSalary Range : €*************** for ItalyThe role and your impact :As a Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Manager of the Beefree SDK Success Team, you will use your technical expertise to empower our expanding customer base with our cutting-edge embeddable editor, Beefree SDK.Join us in supporting innovative SaaS companies, from agile startups to industry giants as they tackle challenges like how to incorporate AI into their strategy.This job will be based in Italy.Your adventures include :Partnering with fellow members of the team to engage with customers in a technical consultancy and advisory role throughout the full customer lifecycle, including pre-sales, onboarding, technical support, and business reviews.Showcasing understanding of our product's ability to support customer workflows and integrated applications.Working with customers to solve technical issues, documenting technical considerations and contributing to internal knowledge resources.Acting as a trusted advisor, building relationships with technical stakeholders.Serving as the customer advocate to other internal teams, including administration, marketing, product, and development.Curating product feedback to enhance Beefree SDK based on customer interactions.You're perfect for this role if you have :2-3 years of experience in a technical role such as solutions engineer, technical consultant, or technical#J-*****-Ljbffr
