AizoOn, società di consulenza tecnologica di innovazione, indipendente, che opera a livello globale ricerca un / una Electronics Production Engineer - MES Integration.La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area Engineering della divisione Aerospace, Defense & Naval di aizoOn e opererà presso un importante cliente in ambito difesa, occupandosi di ingegneria di produzione elettronica e utilizzo dei sistemi MES a supporto dei processi produttivi.Attività principaliLe attività prevedono un forte coinvolgimento sui processi di produzione e industrializzazione di schede elettroniche, con utilizzo del MES per pianificazione, tracciabilità e integrazione dei flussi produttivi.Supporto alla pianificazione della linea produttiva, attraverso analisi dei carichi di lavoro e logiche di Line of Balance, con instradamento delle attività all'interno del MESIntroduzione e avviamento del nuovo Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in sostituzione dell'attuale sistema MIOSRegimazione del sistema Teamcenter Unified in sostituzione dell'attuale SAP PLMInstallazione e gestione di sensori IoT per il monitoraggio di parametri energetici e ambientaliAttività di Continuous Improvement sui processi produttiviPROFILOLaurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o Meccatronica, oppure Laurea Triennale con esperienza maturata nel ruoloAlmeno 1 anno di esperienza in ambito industriale / produttivoBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B1)COMPETENZE TECNICHEEsperienza o conoscenza dei processi di produzione di schede elettroniche e apparecchiature elettronicheConoscenza delle tematiche MESConoscenza delle metodologie di Continuous Improvement e Lean Manufacturing(5S, Six Sigma, PFMEA, PCP & OCAP, DMAIC, Process Capability, Ishikawa, ecc.)Conoscenza delle metodologie e dei processi produttiviEsperienza nel settore elettronica industrialeIn alternativa, esperienza in montaggio, collaudo e riparazione di schede elettroniche, componentistica e apparecchiature elettronicheNice to haveCapacità di lettura e comprensione della documentazione tecnica(liste parti, schemi elettrici, disegni meccanici ed elettronici, cicli di lavoro e di riparazione)Capacità relazionali e di collaborazione con interlocutori interni ed esterniConoscenza degli applicativi MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Preferibile conoscenza di:Siemens TeamcenterSAP ERPMicrosoft Power BISEDI DI LAVOROLa posizione è aperta su più sedi sul territorio nazionale, in particolare nelle seguenti aree:Nord Italia (Piemonte, Lombardia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Liguria)Centro Italia (Toscana, Lazio, Abruzzo)Sud e Isole (Campania, Puglia, Sicilia)La sede specifica verrà definita in base alle esigenze progettuali e alla disponibilità del candidato.The job search refers to candidates of both genders#J-*****-Ljbffr
