looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to drive execution across the marketing design function.In this role, you will manage workflows for designers, ensure clear scope definition, and align priorities with Product, and Development teams.You will act as the central point of coordination, translating product requirements into clear, actionable briefs, managing timelines and dependencies, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly structured, and experienced in working with cross-functional, globally distributed teams on AI-driven software products or digital wallet solutions.ResponsibilitiesProject & Workflow ManagementOwn and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launchDefine and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designersPrioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacityTrack progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or blockersEnsure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with business objectivesCross-Functional AlignmentServe as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development to ensure alignment on priorities and executionTranslate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefsFacilitate regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback loops to keep stakeholders alignedDigital & Website ExecutionOversee website launches and updates, including coordinating design, content, and development changesEnsure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across digital touchpointsManage content updates across CMS, landing pages, and marketing platforms in collaboration with designers and developersOperational Support & Process ImprovementEstablish and refine processes, templates, and tools to improve efficiency and clarity within the marketing design workflowMaintain documentation for project tracking, status reporting, and post-launch reviewsSupport campaign execution, events, and other marketing initiatives as neededQualifications2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar roleProven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teamsDemonstrated success leading website and digital product launches, including close collaboration with design and development teamsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFamiliarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflowsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience working in a fully remote environment with
