Il nostro Cliente, laFondazione Collegio Universitario di Torino Renato Einaudi,importante istituzione privata e senza scopo di lucro che gestisce collegi universitari di merito, offrendo percorsi formativi personalizzati e soluzioni abitative di alto livello a studenti e studentesse universitari meritevoli, ricerca il:Accounting Team Associate & General Affairs CoordinatorLa risorsa, a supporto e diretto riporto del Responsabile dell'Unità Operativa «Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo, Affari Generali e Assegnazioni», opera all'interno della struttura amministrativa della Fondazione, fornendo supporto operativo alle attività dicontabilità di baseeaffari generali.Principali attività e responsabilità:Supporto amministrativo e contabileSupporto nella gestione della contabilità ordinaria di base, in collaborazione con la società esterna incaricata dei processi contabili affidati in outsourcingCooperazione con il consulente del lavoro per la gestione di collaboratori e professionisti esterniPartecipazione attiva al Competence Center interno a presidio dell'ERP Ad Hoc Infinity ZucchettiGestione contanti e assegni bancari, versamenti presso istituti bancariGestione ordini di acquisto e protocollazione per l'Unità Operativa di appartenenzaCollaborazione alle attività di rendicontazione e chiusura periodicheCura dei rapporti amministrativi (pagamenti fornitori, collaboratori e imposte)Archiviazione e organizzazione della documentazione contabile e amministrativaAffari generali e segreteria amministrativaGestione e supporto operativo agli organi statutari (CdA e Collegio dei Revisori)Organizzazione e aggiornamento di archivi cartacei e digitaliGestione della corrispondenza e delle comunicazioni operativeGestione delle attività di segreteria e supporto organizzativoSupporto operativo alla FondazioneSupporto alle esigenze operative dell'organizzazione, in primis alla Presidenza e Direzione GeneraleSupporto logistico-organizzativo per riunioniFornitura dati periodica a stakeholders istituzionaliConoscenze:Buona conoscenza dei principi contabili di baseEsperienza nell'utilizzo di software gestionali per la contabilità (la conoscenza del sistema ERP Ad Hoc Infinity Zucchetti è da considerarsi un plus)Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office 365 (incluso l'assistente Copilot)Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseRequisiti:Diploma di Ragioneria, Laurea (specialistica o vecchio ordinamento), in ambito economico-finanziario o discipline affiniEsperienza minima di 7 anni in ruoli analoghi, acquisita preferibilmente in realtà strutturateAffidabilità e riservatezzaPrecisione e flessibilitàAttitudine al problem solvingCapacità di Team workingCuriosità e volontà di costante apprendimentoMotivazione a sentirsi parte integrante di un'organizzazione non profitSede di lavoro: Torino, PiemonteThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
