About our Mission & Product ZURU Tech is on a mission to digitalize the construction process of buildings all around the world.We have a multinational team developing the first BIM software able to build your real dream home: you design, we build itZURU and ZURU Tech have seen unprecedented expansion, achieving significant milestones.Our trailblazing BIM software continuously pushes the innovation envelope, solidifying our position as industry leaders.Fuelling our vision are over 120 markets worldwide that have embraced our ground-breaking solutions.But our journey doesn't stop hereBrilliant inventions take shape from brilliant minds.We all believe our product is extraordinary so we'll look for extraordinary people too.Step into the future with ZURU Tech, where technology and creativity intertwine to reshape the construction industry worldwide.About the RoleWe are developing a cutting-edge Structural Analysis Software that leverages Finite Element Method (FEM) to solve linear and nonlinear solid mechanics problems for both static and dynamic configurations.We are seeking an experienced Computational Mechanics Engineer to collaborate tightly with our team of software developers.The ideal candidate will contribute to creating functional prototypes and offer structural insights and feedback.RequirementsDegree in Engineering (structures, aerospace, mechanics, naval, etc);Experience implementing nonlinear solid mechanics solvers (in any language);Experience in seismic engineering research and analysis or equivalent experience in aerospace/vehicle engineering;Ability to read a research paper of solid mechanics and derive from there a working practical software implementation;Good knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python;Proficient in English, spoken and written.Nice to haveKnowledge in software engineering principles (like algorithms, data structures, test-driven development, design patterns, etc...);A PhD in numerical methods applied to solid mechanics will be considered as a big plus.Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse cultures (our offices are globally located) and effectively lead meetings and presentations;Collaborative team player;Passionate about research and analysis;Self-motivated with a straight-to-the-point decision-making approach;Excellent problem-solving abilities.€35,000 - €45,000 a yearWe Offer??
