About the Company ZURU Tech is on a mission to digitalize the construction process of buildings all around the world.We have a multinational team developing the first BIM software able to build your real dream home: you design, we build itZURU and ZURU Tech have seen unprecedented expansion, achieving significant milestones.Our trailblazing BIM software continuously pushes the innovation envelope, solidifying our position as industry leaders.Fuelling our vision are over 120 markets worldwide that have embraced our ground-breaking solutions.About the RoleWe are developing a cutting-edge Structural Analysis Software that leverages Finite Element Method (FEM) to solve linear and nonlinear solid mechanics problems for both static and dynamic configurations.We are seeking an experienced Computational Mechanics Engineer to collaborate tightly with our team of software developers.The ideal candidate will contribute to creating functional prototypes and offer structural insights and feedback.RequirementsDegree in Engineering (structures, aerospace, mechanics, naval, etc).Experience implementing nonlinear solid mechanics solvers (in any language).Experience in seismic engineering research and analysis or equivalent experience in aerospace/vehicle engineering.Ability to read a research paper of solid mechanics and derive from there a working practical software implementation.Good knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python.Proficient in English, spoken and written.Nice to HaveKnowledge in software engineering principles (algorithms, data structures, test-driven development, design patterns, etc...).A PhD in numerical methods applied to solid mechanics will be considered a big plus.Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal skills, ability to connect with people from diverse cultures and effectively lead meetings and presentations.Collaborative team player.Passionate about research and analysis.Self-motivated with a straight-to-the-point decision-making approach.Excellent problem-solving abilities.BenefitsWe offer flexible time: you can decide when to work from 6 am to 10 pm with core time from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.Hybrid work policy – ZURU Tech has an office-first approach.International environment.Paid relocation in Modena/Milan.Fresh coffee, drinks and plenty of parties.Click here and get to know usLocationModenaLegalThe research is addressed to both sexes (Legislative Decree No. ********) and to people of all ages and all nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees ****** and ******.Candidates interested and in possession of the requirements are invited to send their curriculum vitae, including the authorization to process personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree ****** and to Art. 13 GDPR ******.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.#J-*****-Ljbffr
