ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel is an international collective with the aim of nurturing shared well-being through unique, high-profile architectural solutions worldwide.Founded in **** by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, the studio is currently enhanced by the creativity of more than 200 professionals and the leadership of 13 partners.From urban planning to residential and mixed-use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality.We are looking for a Junior Operation Specialist supports the operational management of projects and internal workflows, working closely with Partners and Director to ensure that resources, processes, and timelines are effectively coordinated.This role is suited to a motivated professional eager to grow within a complex, international design environment.The role will involve a range of activities including: Support the creation of project teams and the allocation of resources across tasks, under the guidance of senior management.Assist in planning, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets, tracking variations and supporting reporting activities.· ontribute to the analysis of design processes, including timelines, deadlines, issues, and solutions.Help identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues, reporting them to senior stakeholders.Support the implementation of new processes and software tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and coordination.Assist in monitoring the overall production workflow, ensuring consistency and adherence to studio standards.Collaborate with HR and financial administration to support alignment between resources, competencies, and project needs.1-3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or similar roles, preferably within architecture, engineering, or creative studios.Basic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles, and resource planning.Familiarity with common digital tools for planning, reporting, and coordination (advanced expertise not required).Good knowledge of English.Soft Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, international environment.Good communication skills and collaborative attitude.Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.ACPV is committed to create a better working environment supporting workforce diversity.All applications for vacant positions will be welcomed and will be considered on the relative merits, regardless of color, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, age, religion, or belief.
