Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.We are looking for aHead of Team MES/MOMwith a strong technical and functional background to lead a team of consultants in designing and delivering innovative MES/MOM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the MES/MOM team, ensuring proper workload distribution, skill development, and career progression.Oversee the MES/MOM project portfolio, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.Supervise requirements gathering, functional analysis, and system architecture design for MES/MOM implementations.Provide technical and methodological leadership on key MES platforms such as Dassault Apriso (mandatory), Siemens OpCenter, SAP ME, and others.Define and evolve the technology roadmap and best practices within the MES/MOM area.Collaborate with the sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities and proposal definition.Act as a mentor and coach for the team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.Serve as a key point of contact for major clients, providing strategic guidance and handling critical escalations.Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.10+ years of experience in MES/MOM environments, including 3–5 years in team leadership or project management roles.Strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes Apriso (Execution, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Machine Integrator, Dispatching) is mandatory.Knowledge of other leading MES systems such as Siemens OpCenter, SAP ME, or Rockwell FactoryTalk is a nice to have.Deep understanding of manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and warehouse processes.Proven experience in industrial sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or Machinery.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Fluent in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with low-code or model-driven development tools for MES/MOM solutions.Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies applied to industrial software delivery.Experience managing distributed or nearshore/offshore technical teams.Soft SkillsStrong results orientation and delivery focus.Ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.Natural leadership with a people-development mindset.Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.Perché NTT DATA?Come società Global Top Employer abbiamo costruito una Smile Working Company in cui la cura, l'ascolto delle persone, il loro benessere e sviluppo delle competenze sono la nostra priorità.Crediamo nel talento e nell'evoluzione professionale, supportati da formazione continua, programmi di apprendimento avanzati e piani di crescita personalizzati.Facciamo parte di NTT Group, che investe oltre 3,6 miliardi di dollari ogni anno in ricerca e sviluppo per aiutare organizzazioni e società a muoversi con fiducia e sostenibilità verso il futuro digitale.Siamo presenti in Italia con oltre **** dipendenti a Milano, Roma, Torino, Genova, Bologna, Treviso, Pisa, Napoli, Cosenza, Bari e Salerno.#J-*****-Ljbffr
