Randstad Professional's Sales & Marketing division, specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management, for a major company in the Luxury Hospitality industry is seeking a:Sales Manager Leisure UK EMEAThe selected candidate will be responsible for developing and consolidating business opportunities in international leisure markets:Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall revenue targets of the property.Develop and manage a client portfolio in the UK and EMEA markets, as well as the Entertainment segment, with a focus on luxury leisure agencies, tour operators, consortia, and production companies.Manage relationships with VIPs, celebrities, and clients from the entertainment world, ensuring maximum confidentiality and a highly personalized service.Collaborate with the PR and Marketing departments to develop activities with special interest groups and to manage partnerships with embassies and institutions.Organize and coordinate FAM trips, site inspections, and dedicated client events to promote the property and increase business opportunities.Continuously monitor competitors and market trends, identifying new opportunities for positioning and growth.Prepare forecasts,
