Our ClientOur client is the European headquarters of a leading South Korean manufacturer of industrial electronics, with operations in Europe since ****.The company is based in the Netherlands and has a subsidiary in Brescia, Italy.It specializes in the sales, logistics, technical support, and business development of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and automation products such as LV VFDs, PLCs, and HMIs.The Italian office serves as the first point of contact for a vast network of partners across Europe and is actively expanding its presence throughout the region.The PositionTo strengthen sales activities and enhance pre-and-after sales support, our client is seeking a Sales Manager/Associate.The role involves managing sales for existing customers, identifying and acquiring new partners, and providing both technical and commercial support.This position requires a combination of a strong commercial mindset and a technical background.Key responsibilities include:Developing new customers (distributors/OEMs)Providing commercial and technical support to distributors and partners in ItalyIdentifying and approaching potential customersHandling inquiries and technical questions about the product portfolioDeveloping and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to engage key accountsProviding daily reports on field sales performance and communicating VOC (Voice of Customer) data to the country managerPerforming other office-related tasksExperience in a sales role focused on VFDs within the industrial automation or a related industryPreferably a technical background in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial AutomationKnowledge and experience with frequency inverters, PLCs, HMIs, and servo systemsMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar roleAbility to provide technical advice for customer-specific applicationsNative Italian speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plusPositive, independent, and flexible attitudeStrong commercial insight and excellent communication skillsValid driver's license
