And we also believe that always looking for new challenges and going beyond what is due is the right attitude to always do better.Client Services DepartmentThe Client Services team handles all aspects of the governance of creative projects born at We Are Social. The areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. Being the agency at the client and the client at the agency, the team aims to streamline, organize, and enhance the relationship between the client and the agency.Role PurposeAccount Executives at WAS are not just responsible for managing client relationships; they are true generalists with a consultative approach. Account Executives, in particular, are the first level in managing projects and clients, with end-to-end involvement.You will be the operational point of reference for the projects you are involved in, both internally and with clients. You will report to the account manager and work closely with the creative and strategic departments to implement integrated creative campaigns, standalone editorial products, and ongoing content strategy and production projects.RequirementsAptitude for managing interpersonal relationships with colleagues and operational contacts within the companyCollaboration with Senior Account Executives and Account Managers in the day-to-day development of projects and tasksPrecise and timely approach in organizing project work and its rollout according to the defined timelineAvailability, precision, and timeliness in relations with external brand contacts (specifically Social Specialists and Brand Managers)Proactivity and curiosity in exploring new creative communication solutions to ensure outputs and approaches exceed expectationsProximity to, interest in, and use of social communication platforms: basic knowledge of the main social platforms' tools, their evolutions, and their trends.Passion for digital and social communication, knowledge of best practices and communication case historiesAnalytical approach to defining project measurement metricsPrevious agency experience is appreciated but not essentialExcellent knowledge of English (C1/C2)BenefitsCareer Path Design - quarterly reviews and annual evaluations.WAS Passport - opportunity to work for two weeks a year in any of our network offices.Bottom Up & Top Down professional training.Mental Health, CSR, and Diversity & Inclusion activities.Smart working up to 2 days a week.You will experience a young, creative, and dynamic environment with an average age of 30.Contract and Compensation:6-month full-time internship (40 hours per week).800€ net per monthMeal allowance of €5.29 per 20 daysWe Are Social is an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.We promote the inclusion and work integration of people belonging to protected categories - as regulated by Law *****.This job opportunity is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws ******.
