LHHImportante realtà internazionale operante nel settore delle infrastrutture e delle grandi opere è alla ricerca di un/unaHR Manager di Sitoper il presidio operativo delle attività HR in cantieri strategici situati tra Piemonte e Liguria.La figura sarà inserita in un contesto dinamico e strutturato, con l'obiettivo di garantire la corretta gestione dei processi HR in loco, in stretta collaborazione con la Direzione HR centrale e le funzioni di cantiere.ResponsibilitiesGestione completa del personale di cantiere: amministrazione, contrattualistica, presenze, turnazioni, trasferteCoordinamento delle attività di onboarding e offboardingSupporto nella gestione delle relazioni sindacali e nella corretta applicazione della normativa del lavoroMonitoraggio della compliance normativa e delle policy aziendaliInterfaccia con enti esterni e consulenti del lavoro per tematiche amministrative e legaliProduzione di reportistica HR e analisi dei dati relativi al personaleCollaborazione con HSE e Operations per garantire l'integrazione tra funzioniYour ProfileEsperienza consolidata in ambito HR hard, preferibilmente in contesti industriali, cantieristici o infrastrutturaliOttima conoscenza della normativa del lavoro italiana e dei principali contratti collettivi applicabiliCapacità di gestione autonoma dei processi HR in ambienti operativi e complessiDisponibilità allamobilità territoriale futurasu altri cantieriBuone doti relazionali, organizzative e di problem solvingGradita conoscenza di strumenti digitali HR e software gestionaliLocalità iniziale: zona Alessandria#LI-ND1Settore: IngegneriaRuolo: Risorse umane
