Join Changan Europe – Drive the Future of MobilityAt Changan Europe, we are shaping the next chapter of automotive innovation.As one of China's leading automotive brands, Changan is expanding into Europe with a bold vision: delivering cutting-edge technology, sustainable solutions, and exceptional design to European customers.This is an exciting startup phase , and we're building a dynamic team that will lay the foundation for our success in Southern Europe.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make an impact from day one, this is your opportunity to join a global brand entering a new market.Position: IT Specialist – ItalyLocation: Milan, ItalyEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleAs IT Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing IT systems in Italy.Working closely with the Southern Europe IT Manager and global teams, you'll act as the technical bridge between local operations and HQ.This role is critical to ensuring seamless dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM), secure integrations, and compliance with corporate IT and security standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDeploy and maintain DMS, CRM, and related systems across dealer networks.Provide second-level support for complex technical issues.Configure and maintain interfaces with external systems (banks, logistics, dealers) using API, EDI, and SFTP.Manage local IT infrastructure (servers, networks, backups, patching).Ensure security compliance with HQ policies and GDPR regulations.Develop localized tools and reports to meet business needs.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or implementation.Hands-on expertise in dealer-facing systems (DMS/CRM).Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Alibaba Cloud).Familiarity with API, EDI, SFTP integrations and GDPR compliance.Previous experience in the automotive industry supporting dealer networks.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Fluent English and Italian required; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.Experience in the coordination of small teams will be considered a plusWhy Join Us?Be part of a global automotive leader entering Europe.Work in a startup-like environment backed by a major brand.Opportunity for career growth as the company expands.Contribute to next-generation mobility solutions.Ready to drive the future with us?Apply now and become part of this exciting journey
