Department: Sales Location: Milan, Italy Role Overview The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships.This role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising.Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships.Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred.Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth.Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events.Requirements What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales.Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem.Confident communicator in both English Italian, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.Benefits Why Channel Factory?You'll join a fast-growing global company at the forefront of contextual video intelligence, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact, work with leading brands and agencies, and grow into broader commercial leadership roles.
