We do this for clients in all major areas where scientific assessment is used:• clinical services (clinical and health psychology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry and neuropsychiatry, neuropsychology, speech-language pathology, etc.);• human resources management through Giunti Psychometrics HR consulting (in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology);• school and counselling services (educational, work and university consultancy).Giunti Psychometrics commits to offering clients high quality, innovative scientific tools and services meeting the needs of Italian clients and those in a range of other European countries.We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who will report hierarchically to the Senior Finance Manager and functionally to the Country Manager Italy. This role will be key in monitoring and analyzing the company's financial performance in Italy.Main ResponsibilitiesAccounting and ControlSupport and review Italian accounting, ensuring the correct recording of costs and revenues.Prepare and record adjustment entries, accruals, and verify compliance with accounting dimensions (cost centers and business lines).Closures and AnalysisPrepare monthly closures for Giunti Psychometrics Italy.Analyze margins and variances compared to the budget.Reporting and Business SupportAnalyze revenues and prepare sales reports for management.Support the commercial department in calculating bonuses and analyzing sales by business line, client segment, and product.Degree in Economics.At least 5 years of experience as an accountant/controller.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial data management.Knowledge of ERP Business Central is a plus.What We OfferInternational and stimulating work environment.Professional growth opportunities and involvement in strategic projects.The chance to actively contribute to the management and improvement of the company's financial processes.Giunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
