OverviewMG has been ahead of its time since the brand's inception in the Morris Garages in ****.MG's parent company is SAIC Motor (Shanghai Automobile Industry Corporation).SAIC Motor is the 7th largest car manufacturer in the world and was the first automobile group in China with annual sales exceeding 7 million units.SAIC Motor's affiliate automotive companies include Morris Garages (MG), Roewe and Maxus, but also SAIC Volkswagen, SAIC-GM, and others.MG is designed with the European motorist in mind, offering sustainable, smart, functional, and affordable vehicles.They're developed in MG's design studios in Shanghai in cooperation with the advanced design studio in London, produced in China, and already available in various European countries.Now new generations can choose a car from this iconic brand.Updated, electrified, recharged and ready for the future.For more information, please visit our website MG Motor Italy MG is one of the fastest-growing Brand in the automotive landscape: 3% market share in 4 years, and counting...We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and great with people.If you love challenges and think you're a good fit, let's get in touchMissionTheJunior Network Development Specialistwill support the Network Development Manager in the planning, execution and monitoring of dealer network development activities for MG and Maxus in Italy, ensuring alignment with European Network Strategy, Brand Guidelines and local market requirements.The role maintains positive relationships with dealers, providing key feedback to managers to support timely adaptation to market changes, and conducts assessments of dealers' team situation while assisting in initiatives aimed at enhancing their sales capabilities.The role contributes to data analysis, reporting, dealer assessment and day-to-day operational coordination across network development projects.ResponsibilitiesMAIN TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIESNetwork Planning & CoverageSupport the preparation and update of the Network Coverage Plan in line with Brand and European guidelines.Assist in mapping territories, dealer coverage, Open point closures and network optimization opportunities.Support the preparation of LOIs, contracts and related annexes in coordination with Legal and internal stakeholders.Collect and structure market and network data to support strategic decisions.Dealer Performance & ViabilityMonitor basic dealer KPIs (sales, throughput, network productivity, CSI indicators) and highlight deviations or critical trends.Budget & Financial SupportSupport the Network Development Manager in budget tracking and basic financial analysis related to network projects.Assist in cost monitoring for network-related initiatives (CI, openings, relocations, pilots).Prepare summaries and dashboards to support decision-making.Reporting & Data ManagementEnsure accurate and timely collection of network data (KPI, contracts status, openings, CI compliance).Prepare reports and presentations for local management and European HQ.Maintain structured Excel files and PowerPoint presentations for internal use.Project & Operational SupportSupport the coordination of dealer onboarding, openings, relocations and pilot projects.Interface with internal teams (Sales, After Sales, Marketing) for network-related activities.Support activities related to dealer satisfaction, shopper standards and customer experience initiatives.Compliance & Internal ControlEnsure documentation, processes and reporting are compliant with internal control principles and company procedures.Support the proper archiving and traceability of network-related documentation (LOI, contracts, approvals).QualificationsMAIN SKILLS / CAPABILITIES / REQUIREMENTSTechnical & AnalyticalStrong analytical mindset with the ability to structure data and identify trends.Basic understanding of P&L logic, dealer economics and commercial KPIs.Soft SkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proactive and collaborative attitude.Ability to work with deadlines and multiple priorities.Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.Experience & Education1–2 years of experience in automotive, consulting, sales support, aftersales or business analysis.Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.Exposure to automotive retail or dealer network topics is a plus.LanguagesItalian: native or fluent.English: good working proficiency (written and spoken).#J-*****-Ljbffr
