About the positionThe Network Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the growth and optimization of the dealer network to ensure coverage, performance, and compliance with brand standards.This role involves analyzing market potential, managing dealer appointments, monitoring performance, and coordinating network development projects in alignment with corporate objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification of new dealer opportunities based on market analysis and coverage needs.Assist in dealer selection, appointment processes, and contractual formalities.Track dealer KPIs and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement and network performance.Conduct geographic and demographic to support network development plans and coverage strategies.Ensure dealer adherence to brand standards, corporate identity, and operational guidelines.Assist in network-related projects such as relocations, new openings, and terminations, liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making and network planning.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, economics, or related fields.3+ years of experience in dealer network development, retail operations, or similar roles in the automotive sector.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.Fluent in English both spoken and written.Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.Knowledge of geographic analysis tools (preferred).Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.OMODA MotorsOMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company.OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group.Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.Chery MotorsSince founded, Chery has always taken adhering to technology-driven strategy, creating a vehicle brand with international competitiveness and influence as its corporate vision.Relying on the constant pursuit of technological innovation, Chery has become the first passenger vehicle enterprise in China to master the core technology of engine, gearbox, chassis, platform and new energy, and the first one in China to export vehicle, CKD parts, engine and vehicle manufacturing technology and equipment to overseas market.Chery has always focused on developing domestic and international markets.Chery has continuously deepened its globalization through the implementation of product strategy, localization strategy and talent strategy.After more than 20 years of development, Chery's sales and services network covers more than 80 countries and regions and has won the trust of 11 million consumers worldwide.Please send your CV in English.Please check the link for privacy notice: /#J-*****-Ljbffr
