Job DescriptionAntal International is a Multinational Headhunting Company with more than 140 offices in 40 countries.Life Science is a Team specialized in profiles with a Scientific and Engineering background in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering, SCM, Research and Development, Medical, Quality and Technical-Commercial in Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biotech, Chemical, Cosmetic, Medical, Diagnostic, Plastic Rubber, Food sectors.The Company: Multinational Process Company, is currently seeking a :SITE PROJECT MANAGERThe RoleOversee the full project lifecycle — from business case development to commissioning — ensuring timely and cost-effective execution according to company standards.Full responsibility in the management and execution of the project according to the agreed plan.Guide the project team towards achieving objectives, coordinating planning and execution of activities.Elaborate the scope, the project plan and the business case, ensuring consistency with the business strategy and the achievement of the expected results.Manage capital investment projects (revamping, new production lines, infrastructure, utilities).Coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with EHS standards.Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, schedules, and performance KPIs.Provide regular progress reporting to internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Finance).Lead post-project reviews and promote best practices in project management and continuous improvement.Take care of the handover and closure phase of the project, preparing the final documentation and enhancing the lesson learned for future projects.Manage suppliers and contractors.RequirementsDegree in Mechanical Engineering.Good Knowledge of English.5 / 6 years of seniority.Proven background in managing CAPEX projects and working in an operational plant environment.Fluent in English.Cost / benefit analysis, cost control and financial forecasting skills.Location: North of MilanRef: Site Project Manager - North of MilanApplications deemed online will be contacted within 30 days of receipt of the application.In case of failure to call, we will consider the professional profile for any future needs.#J-*****-Ljbffr
