Join to apply for the M&A Analyst - Corporate role at Arriva ItaliaArriva is one of the largest operators in the mobility industry, employing about 35,000 people and transporting 1.5 billion passengers annually in nine European countries and the United Kingdom.Activities & ResponsibilitiesM&A Deal Support: Assist in all phases of the M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-acquisition integration.Financial Modelling: Prepare financial models for various transaction scenarios and conduct analysis of potential targets, including discounted cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses.Presentation & Reporting: Participate in the preparation of presentations and internal reports to senior management and stakeholders, and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of deals.Project Management: Coordinate and execute M&A project timelines, track progress of tasks, manage resources and dependencies, organize meetings, and maintain an organized repository of project documents.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in legal, tax, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions, and provide regular updates on project progress.Administrative Support: Assist in the management of the M&A team's internal reporting and tracking tools.Business Development Team Support: Support colleagues in non-M&A growth initiatives such as tenders and new market entry.Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) are a plus.Minimum of 2 years of finance-related project experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.Ability to prepare reliable analysis with limited information and work under limited supervision.Global mindset and willingness to learn and pool resources.Strong analytical skills and report-writing with clarity and accuracy.Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.Willingness to travel and spend time away from home.LocationYou can be based in any of our current operating countries and depots.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesTruck Transportation#J-*****-Ljbffr
