OverviewCategoria: Technology & TelecomsLuogo di lavoro: RomaRealtà operante nel settore Hospitality ricerca un IT Supervisor su Roma.La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di gestire sistemi e progetti del dipartimento IT, coordinando i fornitori.Garantirà inoltre la sicurezza e ll'efficienza dell'infrastruttura tecnologica, assicurando il supporto tecnico all'intera organizzazione e contribuendo alla definizione di strategie IT coerenti con gli obiettivi aziendali complessivi.ResponsibilitiesSupervisionare e coordinare il team di specialisti ITCondurre valutazioni delle prestazioni, attività di formazione e sviluppo professionale per i membri del teamPianificare le assegnazioni di lavoro e gestire i turni di reperibilità per garantire una copertura di supporto continuaSupportare la pianificazione e l'esecuzione di progetti IT, come aggiornamenti di sistema, rinnovo dell'hardware e implementazione di nuovi softwareSviluppare e mantenere politiche e procedure operative IT per garantire efficienza e conformitàContribuire alla definizione del budget del dipartimento IT e monitorare le speseSovrintendere all'installazione, configurazione, manutenzione e risoluzione dei problemi di tutta l'infrastruttura IT, inclusi server e hardware di reteGestire la funzione di service/help desk, fungendo da punto di escalation principale per problematiche tecniche complesse o critiche e assicurando una risoluzione tempestiva per ridurre i tempi di inattivitàPianificare e coordinare aggiornamenti di sistema, finestre di manutenzione e test di disaster recoveryRequisitiOltre 3 anni di esperienza nel supporto IT o nell'amministrazione di sistemiSolida competenza tecnica su diversi sistemi operativi (es. Windows, Linux), infrastrutture di rete e servizi cloud (es. AWS, Azure)Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e relazioni interpersonaliComprovata abilità nella gestione di progetti ITNice to haveFamiliarità con ITIL o altri framework di gestione dei servizi ITCertificazioni pertinenti (es.
