L'azienda opera su scala nazionale, offrendo soluzioni integrate che combinano accoglienza, servizi premium e attività dedicate al tempo libero.OffertaResponsabilità:- Analizzare trend di mercato e comportamenti dei clienti per identificare aree di miglioramento e nuovi segmenti da sviluppare.- Individuare e proporre opportunità di espansione e innovazione.- Gestire il budget assegnato in collaborazione con il CMO, ottimizzando risorse e investimenti.- Coordinare team interfunzionali, interni ed esterni, per la realizzazione di iniziative di crescita digitale.- Pianificare e supervisionare attività digitali orientate alla performance (SEO, ADV, CRO, Marketing Automation), gestendo agenzie e consulenti dedicati.- Monitorare costantemente i risultati delle strategie implementate e introdurre azioni correttive quando necessario.- Effettuare analisi dei dati su tutte le basi informative del brand per supportare decisioni strategiche.Competenze ed esperienzaRequisiti:- Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni in ruoli con responsabilità analoghe.- Padronanza di strumenti di Digital Analytics.- Conoscenza approfondita di Performance Marketing (SEO, SEM, ADV, CRO).- Familiarità con piattaforme di Marketing Automation e CRM.- Capacità di analisi dati e utilizzo di strumenti BI (Tableau, Power BI).- Esperienza in A/B Testing e ottimizzazione delle conversioni.- Esperirenza (spelling) nel coordinamento di un team e agenzie esterne.Completa l'offertaL'opportunità prevede un inserimento a tempo indeterminato.#J-*****-Ljbffr
