Join us and take your career to new heightsWhat will you do?Support the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirementsProvide advice and support on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locallySupport Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities and measurementsSupport in the definition and adequate execution of test methodsProvide training and support to plants on measurement processes and toolsCollaborate on the definition of development plans for laboratory activitiesSupport the Validation & Product Quality Manager in ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.Ensure that all internal and external non-conformities are tracked in the Group's Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the PlantsSupport the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non-conformities (CAPA Plan)Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspectsWhat are we looking for?Good knowledge of ISO standardsGood knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysisGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniquesGood project management skillsAvailability to travel up to 30% of the time.Good knowledge of EnglishBachelor's degree or higher in scientific subjectsMinimum 3 years' experience in the Quality Control department of an FMCG multinational companyWhat do we offer?Continuous training:Grow professionally by working alongside industry experts.Dynamic and international environment:Join a team engaged in global projects.Career growth opportunitiesin an industry leading company.Flexible working hours and smart working(defined days per month).Corporate restaurant partnershipInternal mobility:Opportunities for job rotation and career progressionSounds like a fit?
