About usAt Exein, our mission is to build the world's first ecosystem for IoT device security, ensuring all types of devices are secure globally.Our dynamic team is passionate about data, machine learning, open source, and firmware.We constantly work to secure millions of devices, making daily life safer for everyone.Our unique products empower developers to secure their IoT devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.Job OverviewAs Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to support the management of strategic company projects and day-to-day executive activities.You will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up.You will also collaborate closely with the CEO during events, meetings, and business trips, providing comprehensive operational support in every context.Your main goal will be to contribute to the success of key projects and the overall growth of the company within the cybersecurity market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational and executive support to the CEO, ensuring efficient management of company projects.Coordinate internal and external communications, representing the CEO when required and maintaining effective information flow with partners, investors, and stakeholders.Prepare presentations and supporting materials for internal and external meetings, managing agendas and follow-up actions.Draft briefings, reports, presentations, and strategic documentation to support decision-making and high-level meetings.Monitor deadlines and priorities, ensuring alignment between the CEO's activities and the company's strategic objectives.Manage and coordinate special projects and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple departments, fostering collaboration across the organization.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a consulting or advisory firm.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Discretion, reliability, and the ability to handle confidential information.Capacity to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.Professional proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus.Why Join Us?Join a mission-driven team committed to securing IoT devices worldwide.Work side by side with the CEO on the most strategic initiatives driving the company's growth.Participate in global meetings, events, and business trips, collaborating with high-level teams and partners.Develop your organizational, communication, and strategic skills while becoming a key contributor to the company's success.Be part of a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.LocationRome (Piazzale Flaminio 19, *****) – Hybrid mode#J-*****-Ljbffr
